I don't believe a draft has been completed for any of these neighborhoods, yet. So my thoughts are that these workshops would function as more specific information sessions. My ideal goals for each neighborhood: 1) Overview for the residents - define the intent and process
2) Review of standard/best practices for streets, blocks, public spaces, building development, and mixed use
3) Instruct how these changes will be beneficial to everyone
4) Identify the areas that require the most focus in each community
5) Discussion of options for each specific area/node within the neighborhood
