As a student at the University of Cincinnati I know how hard it is to get a job. Nationally only 50% of college grads are getting jobs. Cincinnati could rev up its competitiveness by offering services to help college grads get jobs, specifically within the city. Ideas like this only work though if we can make it visible. We need to come up with a way to get this across to not only grads in the cincinnati area but nationally.
