Cincinnati's public transit system is poor. Housing downtown is more expensive than in similar cities (e.g. St. Louis, Cleveland), and parking is quite expensive too. Better transit infrastructure and more dual-use buildings (i.e. rentable lofts above businesses) would improve this.
